Salaisons Bentz is an artisan company of ten people located in the heart of Lorraine. Its fame, since 1960 is built through its mastery of traditional cooked ham processing based on ancestral recipes.

All the products come from French pork meat. Smoking is done with beech wood. Our know-how is recognized throughout the world, we export our products in Asia, Latin America and of course in Europe. Every year, we innovate with new typical and atypical recipes based on regional products (Mirabelle plum, Toul grey wine, wild garlic, etc.).

We have always been convinced by the quality in every sense of the word. Today our commitment is confirmed by obtaining the FSSC 22000 certification.


Salaisons Bentz earned the Francois Archambault prize of quality

On Tuesday, November 2019 the 26th, the “Société Industrielle de l’Est” awarded Salaisons Bentz the François d'Archambault Quality Award at the 5th “Ailes de Cristal” ceremony in Metz.
This event organised by The “Républicain Lorrain”, “l’Est Républicain” and “Vosges Matin” aims to put the spotlight on Lorraine’s companies by awarding trophies. It’s also the opportunity for the “Société Industrielle de l’Est” to reward companies for safety, Corporate Social Responsibility and quality.
