Salaisons Bentz has invested over 10 years in a regional approach. Many of its products are made from pork of the regional association Lorraine Qualité Viande (Viande du Terroir Lorrain)
and the company was among the first approved La Lorraine Notre Signature
showcasing the local specialities.
