What we do
is a producer of artisanal cured, cooked and salted meat products established since 1960 in the heart of Lorraine and whose reputation has been built through its control of the manufacture of an authentic cooked ham for the deli counter.
Around its business of deli and salt meats, and the quality control of its products, the company grew up by expanding its range and opening doors to new markets.
